Salt and Pepper Cucumbers are a unique white to light yellow skinned variety with excellent flavor and a thin skin. This cucumber is a good choice for pickling or snacking. They are also resistant to powdery mildew.
Direct sow seeds when the soil temperature reaches at least 70 degrees F. Soil that is colder than 50 degrees F will not allow the seeds to germinate. Sow 2 seeds per foot at a depth of ½ inch. Space the rows 6 feet apart. Thin to 12 inches after seedlings emerge.
Seeds can also be started indoors 3 weeks for the last frost. Transplant seedlings 12 inches apart in rows that are 6 feet apart. Minimize root disturbance as much as possible when planting out.
Pick fruit daily once the plant starts producing.
Plant type: Annual
Light: Sun
Days to maturity: 49

However, because successful growth depends on various factors beyond our control—such as planting conditions, weather, and care—we cannot offer refunds for seeds, corms, or bulbs that do not germinate or sprout.
Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions about planting or care, we’re happy to help!
