Misty Lavender is a unique variety with pearly gray-lavender blooms, producing tall spires adorned with dense florets measuring 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches. The flower spikes reach 9 to 12 inches in height, showcasing mostly double blooms with a small percentage of singles. In our trials, Misty Lavender proved to be identical to the heirloom variety ‘Earl Grey.’ This stunning flower also attracts hummingbirds, making it a beautiful and beneficial addition to any garden.

Sow indoors in small cells or containers 5-7 weeks before last frost date. Prechill seeds for 7 days. Bury seeds 1/4” deep. Need darkness for germination. Keep seed trays or pots below 55C for germination. Keep soil moist until germination. Grow seedings at 60-65°F. Transplant out 1-2 weeks after last frost.
