Sunflower Lemon Queen

Lemon Queen sunflowers bloom in wonderful pale yellow shades with dark brown centers. The medium-sized flowers grow about 4-5" across and each plant has multiple stems making this variety of sunflower very prolific.

Direct seeding after the last frost is recommended as root disturbance can be harmful to seedlings. Sow seeds ½” deep. Seeds can be started indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost to achieve early first blooms. Succession sow plants every 1 - 2 weeks to stagger bloom time.
