Wine red celosia produces deep burgundy blooms which are accompanied by red stems and leaves. The plants are productive bloomers and stay slightly more compact that other Sunday series celosia varieties. This flower is great as a cut flower as a filler in bouquets.
Sowing indoors is recommended. Sow 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Light is required for germination. Barely cover seeds. Harden off and transplant outside once the last frost has passed. Pinch when the plant is about 6-8” tall.
