Yarrow is a staple in any garden bed! This aromatic perrenial is really easy to grow from seed. It's easy to mantain and a pollinator attractor. It also makes excellent cut or dried flowers. Once established (2-3 years), plants can be divided to multiple your investment or share with family and friends.
Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Do not cover seeds as light is required for germination. It's important to keep soil moist (but not soaking wet) until germination occurs. Germination can take anywhere from 10-21 days, depending on temperature and other conditions. Grow seedlings for 3-5 weeks at 70-72°F (21-22°C) in full light. Transplant to cell packs or 2-4" containers when the first true leaves appear, approximately 3 weeks after sowing. Harden off and transplant outside after the last frost.
Direct sow seed in late spring, after late frost, early summer, or fall. Germination can take anywhere from 10-21 days, depending on temperature and other conditions. It's important to keep soil moist (but not soaking wet) until germination occurs. Thin to stand 12-24" apart. Support may be necessary.

Multiple orders of a single item may be combined into 1 seed envelope unless otherwise instructed by buyer. We take great care to provide high-quality seeds, corms, and bulbs, all of which are tested for acceptable germination rates. However, because successful growth depends on various factors beyond our control—such as planting conditions, weather, and care—we cannot offer refunds for seeds, corms, or bulbs that do not germinate or sprout.
Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions about planting or care, we’re happy to help!
